Senior Site Manager Project Manager

Our client is a respected civil engineering contractor in the North East, delivering high-quality site clearance, brownfield reclamation, external works and landscaping, river and coastal flood protection, sports and recreational facilities, and comprehensive groundworks and earthworks. As Site Manager / Project Manager, you will take full ownership of your projects, whether one large development or several smaller schemes, from mobilisation through to hand-over. You will plan and programme labour, plant and materials; ensure all operatives are inducted and compliant with RAMS; oversee site diaries, permits to dig, toolbox talks, quality checks and health & safety audits; and collaborate closely with engineers, contracts managers and quantity surveyors to achieve budget, programme and safety targets.
