Health & Safety Manager – London (with Travel) – Construction

£70-£75k + Travel Paid + Package

We’re supporting a growing and well-established construction company in their search for a Health & Safety Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Based in London, this is a varied role with roughly 30% of your time spent in the office and the remainder across multiple project sites, providing hands-on support and driving high standards of health and safety across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of health and safety across a portfolio of construction projects.

*

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

*

Develop and implement H&S policies, procedures, and training programmes.

*

Support project teams to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.

*

Investigate incidents, produce reports, and ensure corrective actions are taken.

*

Build strong relationships with operational teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

*

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.

*

Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry.

*

Strong understanding of current H&S legislation and CDM 2015.

*

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

*

Comfortable travelling regularly across London and surrounding areas.
