Design / Technical Coordinator

We're working with a well-established construction compnay based in South-East Wales who have a fantastic reputation delivering affordable housing developments across South Wales.

Our client are looking for a Design / Technical Coordinator to join their team to help them continue to deliver new residential development projects for our long-standing client base across the country.

We’re looking for:

A construction individual with experience in the residential sector, preferably with some good exposure in the affordable housing sector and good working knowledge of JCT Design and Build Contracts.

An ideal candidate would be a Design & Build or Technical Coordinator who can work with pre-construction, design and technical teams across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a construction company that have been building bespoke and affordable homes for over 30 years.
