Are you an experienced Project Manager or Senior Engineer looking for a new challenge and a fresh direction in your career? We are recruiting a Construction Planner for a leading groundworks and civil engineering subcontractor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in project delivery or site engineering to transition into a planning focused role, bringing their practical knowledge to the forefront of pre-construction and project coordination.
About the Role:
As Construction Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project programmes, working closely with operational teams to ensure that schedules are realistic, efficient, and aligned with project goals. Your real-world experience will be invaluable in foreseeing challenges, sequencing work effectively, and supporting the smooth delivery of works on site.
What We’re Looking For:

A background in Project Management or Senior Site Engineering within construction or civil engineering
*
Practical knowledge of groundworks and infrastructure delivery
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical detail into structured programmes
*
Experience using planning software such as Asta Powerproject would be highly beneficial.
