Job Description

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to lead a ongoing project based in Peterborugh Predominantly site based with 1 day per week in the office. The ideal candidate would have experience in Demolition and Fit Out , will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities

* Manage the full project lifecycle of retail fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and suppliers.

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, submitting all required certifications and instructing teams to complete remedial works

Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the retail fit-out

* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
