Project Manager

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy in Central London is seeking a driven and professional Project Manager to join their expanding project management team. With an increasing workload across a wide range of sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to advance their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The consultancy offers a tailored service model, allowing the Project Manager to contribute meaningfully across various stages of project delivery, from inception to completion.

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in delivering a wide range of services either individually or as part of an integrated team. The role includes mentoring junior staff while supporting senior colleagues across diverse project streams. You will work on client-side representation, programme and design management, contract administration, procurement strategy, risk management, and turnaround monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of high-profile workstreams and strengthen their consultancy expertise.

The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will play a key part in delivering tailored project solutions across a variety of sectors. You will be involved from the earliest stages, offering guidance on procurement, project setup, and client representation, through to contract administration and construction management. The Project Manager will also contribute to programme and change management, ensuring successful project outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture).

Ideally 3 years' experience working as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy.

Working towards or already holding chartership with RICS, APM, or an equivalent recognised body.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.

Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.

£45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
