Are you an experienced Thermal Insulation Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and forward-thinking company? I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well established Thermal Insulation Company, a trusted name in the insulation sector, known for our high standards, strong team culture, and commitment to safety and professionalism.
You’ll be joining a business that takes pride in delivering top-quality work across commercial, industrial, and marine projects throughout the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:

Installing various forms of thermal insulation on pipework, ductwork, vessels, and equipment.

Working on-site across multiple locations (a full UK driving licence is essential – we provide a company van).
*
Ensuring all work is carried out to meet TICA and industry standards.
*
Collaborating with a close-knit, skilled team and liaising with supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Committing to safe working practices and helping maintain our outstanding safety record.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Gold TICA/CSCS Card – this is a must.
*
Proven experience in thermal insulation (pipe lagging, cladding, ducting, etc.).
*
A full UK driving licence – as we provide a fully equipped company van.
*
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
*
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
*
Standard: Monday to Friday
*
Overtime and weekend work available – giving you the flexibility to earn more
