Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
Undertake site visits and site surveys to ensure projects comply with current standards and regulations
Liaise with clients, contractors and other multi-disciplinary team members
Attend client meetings and ensure projects meet strict deadlinesSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

BSc within Architectural Technology
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Job running experience is essential
Strong UK building regulation knowledge
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
