Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a range of high-quality new build residential projects across Greater London.
You’ll be managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Projects typically include residential refurbishments, new builds, conversions, and public sector works (including schools, leisure centres, and healthcare facilities).
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction projects including planning, execution, and completion

Liaise closely with site teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and CDM requirements
*
Oversee project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
*
Chair site meetings and report progress to senior management
*
Manage project programmes and adapt to on-site developments as needed
*
Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to building standards
*
Resolve issues promptly to minimise disruption or delays
*
Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction upon project completion
Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within construction or refurbishment
*
Proven experience delivering residential and/or public-sector building projects
*
Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety procedures
*
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence (sites are located across Greater London)
*
SMSTS and First Aid certification essential
*
Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
