Technical Co-Ordinator

I’m working with a well-regarded regional housebuilder in Hampshire who are looking for a Temporary Technical Coordinator to support their team during a busy period.

* Location: Hampshire (regional office & site visits as needed)

* Rate: Up to £65,000 pro rata

* Start: ASAP

* Duration: Up to 8 months (potential to extend)

They’re ideally looking for someone with experience in volume residential and/or civils who can hit the ground running. You’ll be supporting live sites and assisting with the coordination of design, consultants, and technical approvals.
