I’m working with a well-established, growing main contractor based in Lymington who specialise in delivering high-end residential new builds and refurbishments valued between £500k and £5m. They are looking to appoint an experienced and personable Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

🔍 The Role

You’ll be working closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to manage costs and contracts from inception to completion. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a quality-driven, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparing and managing project budgets, valuations, and financial reports

Procuring and managing subcontractors from tender to final account

Interpreting and administering JCT contracts

Attending site meetings and maintaining strong client relationships

Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all commercial aspects
