As Head of HR – UK & Ireland, you’ll take the lead on implementing a new HRIS while strengthening a high-impact people strategy. Responsibilities – Head of HR

Lead the delivery, optimisation, and adoption of a new HRIS platform across the UK business.

Partner with senior leadership to align the people strategy with business growth plans.

Oversee UK HR operations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.

Drive reward, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives that elevate culture.

Guide talent, succession, and workforce planning to support long-term capability.

About You – Head of HR

10+ years in senior HR roles with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven experience leading or supporting HRIS implementation and optimisation.

Expert in UK employment law, strategic HR planning, and performance management.

Strong analytical and project management skills to deliver data-led people solutions.

CIPD-qualified or equivalent is desirable.
