💷 Day Rate: £300 – £400

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background with subcontractors in the groundworks and civil engineering sector..
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.
* Coordinate teams and subcontractors on site.
* Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain quality control.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing groundworks projects.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication with clients, teams, and suppliers.
* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, etc)
