Working Site Supervisor

Are you a skilled tradesperson with a flair for leadership? As a well-established Main Contractor with a reputation for excellence and long-term client relationships We’re looking for an experienced Working Site Supervisor to help deliver high-quality refurbishments across our ‘Water Authorities’ Framework.
The Role:
As a Working Site Supervisor, you’ll lead on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll coordinate teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and lend your hands-on skills where needed particularly in carpentry or multi-trade tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise tradesmen and subcontractors across multiple job sites
*
Enforce safety and quality standards
*
Manage scheduling, coordination, and inspections
*
Maintain site records and incident logs
*
Resolve on-site issues and drive projects to success
*
Work on tools as needed
What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in construction
*
Strong carpentry/multi-trade background
*
SSSTS/SMSTS (or willingness to obtain)
*
NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision (or interest in achieving)
*
Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
*
Strong communication and leadership skills
*
Ability to read and work from construction drawings
