We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Web Application Support Analyst to join our clients Digital team. In this role, you’ll provide technical and functional support for their web platforms, primarily focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Google Search Console. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of customers digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for web applications, with a focus on AEM-based websites.

* Troubleshoot issues related to content publishing, page rendering, site performance, and metadata in AEM.

* Monitor and report on site performance and search indexing via Google Search Console.

* Collaborate with developers, content editors, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve technical issues.

* Manage and track incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.

* Support content deployment cycles and website releases.

* Document common issues and solutions, contributing to a growing knowledge base.

* Help ensure SEO best practices are implemented and maintained across the site.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a web application support or digital operations role.

* Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.

* Working knowledge of Google Search Console and basic SEO troubleshooting.

* Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical details into simple terms for non-technical users.

* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL frameworks is a plus.

Nice to Have

* Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

* Understanding of accessibility and web performance standards.

* Experience working in Agile environments.
