Project Manager

A highly regarded, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Cambridge is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join its thriving Project Management team. The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will play a vital role in managing and delivering complex projects, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include:

Acting as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Project Manager on a range of schemes

Supporting senior leadership in meeting business targets

Leading client meetings, preparing reports, and delivering presentations

Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities

Managing financial performance and risk

Advising on project matters that may affect professional indemnity insurance

This position suits a driven Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering excellence across a variety of prestigious projects.

The Project Manager

To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have:

Proven project management experience within the construction and property sector

Strong contract administration skills (JCT, NEC etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication

Analytical thinking and confident decision-making

High proficiency in MS Office

Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability

Ideally qualifications include one of the following:

MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)

MAPM (Member of the Association for Project Management)

MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Building)
