Job Title: Working Foreperson Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £37,500 – £41,500 per Annum

Responsibilities:

Provide detailed reports to the Contract Manager
Set up and monitor subcontractors and labour, ensuring work meets specified standards
Sign off on completed works
Manage team productivity and report on job completion
Conduct health and safety reporting, including on-site checks, safe working practices, and equipment inspections
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a core trade preferred
SSSTS qualification advantageous
Strong knowledge of construction processes
Ability to lead and motivate experienced teams
