Site Manager – Façade Projects
 
We’re looking for a confident, experienced Site Manager to take the lead on fast-paced façade packages across major construction projects.

If you're someone who thrives on structure, knows how to run a site safely and efficiently, and has a background in external envelope or façade works — this could be a brilliant next step in your career.

You’ll work closely with the wider project team to keep everything running smoothly: managing labour, site logistics, subcontractors, and quality control from start to finish.
 
What you’ll need:

Proven experience managing façade works (cladding, glazing, curtain walling, etc.)
SMSTS and CSCS (management level)
Strong knowledge of site safety, sequencing, and quality standards
Confident managing subcontractors and leading teams on-site
NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a construction-related field What’s on offer:
