We’re recruiting two Design Managers to join this dynamic pre-construction team. As a Design Manager, your input will be key in shaping and delivering some of the most significant public sector projects in the North West — with a pipeline of work that’s both stable and inspiring.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the design process across major public sector frameworks — including NHS, Department for Education, and Ministry of Justice projects.
* Work closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure the design is technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with programme timelines.
* As the Design Manager, you’ll lead engagement with architects and consultants to ensure clear and coordinated solutions.
* Lead design reviews, mitigate risk, and drive design efficiency from pre-construction to delivery.
* Support bids, guide internal teams, and act as the go-to Design Manager from concept through delivery.
