Freelance Project / Senior QS required ASAP for £10m high end residential project in the Oxford area

I have an urgent requirement for a Freelance Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor for a contractor client on a £10m high end residential project for a private client in the Oxfordshire area.

The role will primarily involve pricing and agreeing Variations and managing the Variation account, with standard QS duties picking up a few subbie packages and running them to final account.

Working alongside an Assistant QS and reporting into a visiting Commercial Manager.

Contract duration minimum 3 months, potentially until the end of the year / longer-term.

Site-based near Oxford with the potential for one day a week working from home.
