Contract Type: Contractor – via specialist engineering agency
Rate: £400+ per day (top market rates for the right candidates)

* Electrical Project Manager – Custodial (Newmarket), Commercial (Holborn, Wandsworth), Residential (Holborn), Custodial (Feltham & Olympia)

* Mechanical Project Manager – Custodial (Feltham, Wandsworth)

* Electrical Site Manager – Custodial & Commercial (Newmarket, Holborn, Wandsworth, Feltham, Olympia)

* Mechanical Site Manager – Custodial & Commercial (Feltham)

Start Dates & Durations

* Immediate starts available for several sites

* June/July 2025 – Holborn residential, Olympia custodial, Wandsworth commercial

* September 2025 – Feltham custodial, Wandsworth mechanical

* January 2026 – Other site manager roles

* Durations range from 6 months to 3 years, depending on project and site

Candidate Requirements

* 1–5+ years (site roles) or 5+ years (project roles) of experience in electrical or mechanical construction

* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent, plus relevant supervisory qualifications (ECS, SMSTS/SSSTS, etc.)

* Fully compliant with BS 7671, 18th Edition regulations (electrical) or equivalent mechanical standards

* Custodial or high-security environment experience preferred for relevant sites

* Strong leadership, budget/schedule management, and communication skills

* Eligible for security clearance (where applicable)

* Full UK driver’s licence desirable
