Quantity Surveyor (Residential)

We are currently seeking a talented freelance QS from a residential background to work for a Suffolk-based housing developer with sites covering Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for housing projects
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
Monitor project progress and financial performance
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the housing sector
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in cost management software
A proactive approach to problem-solving
