Hill McGlynn Recruitment are urgently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a residential development in Sittingbourne.
This short-term role will require someone to hit the ground running as the No.1 on site, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of works during a critical phase of the project.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as the lead Site Manager on residential developments
*
Valid CSCS card
*
SMSTS certification is essential
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to manage subcontractors and site health & safety effectively
