Commercial Manager | Interior Fit-Out Contractor | Up to £85,000 + Package
Are you a commercially astute Commercial Manager with experience in residential and commercial interiors, particularly within drylining, SFS, screed, plastering, decorating, and render? If you’re ready to take full commercial control of multiple projects ranging up to £9m, this could be your ideal next move.
This is a high-impact leadership role within a specialist interior fit-out contractor — giving you full oversight from pre-construction through to final account across multiple, high-value developments.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Commercial Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial and contractual functions across several residential and commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial strategy, procurement and subcontractor management
Oversee valuations, cost planning and project forecasting
Manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive profitability
Handle JCT contract negotiations and final accounts
Work closely with Pre-Construction, Design, and Project Teams
Support and mentor junior commercial staff where applicable About You
We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven commercial leader who brings:
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the fit-out, drylining, or high-rise residential sectors
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts, cost reporting and subcontractor management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple live projects About the Company

They specialise in delivering drylining, re-cladding, and fire remediation packages for major London developers. Projects typically range from £3m to £9m, across high-rise apartments, student accommodation, and schools, with an annual turnover of approximately £20m.
