Our client, a leading and growing M&E subcontractor, is delivering large-scale commercial developments across the UK and Europe. Known for their quality-driven approach and collaborative project delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to join a major commercial project in Central London.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the electrical QA/QC function for a flagship commercial development, ensuring installations align with client specifications, industry regulations, and British standards.
* Review electrical design documentation, method statements, and material submittals to ensure compliance prior to execution.
* Develop and manage QA/QC documentation including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality checklists, and certification trackers.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits across systems such as LV distribution, containment, lighting, small power, and life safety systems.
* Collaborate with subcontractors, internal teams, and project stakeholders to resolve quality issues, drive NCR closeouts, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
* Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities by ensuring all works are verified and documented correctly.
* Maintain detailed and organised QA/QC records including redline drawings, test certificates, and sign-off documentation.
* Deliver toolbox talks, quality inductions, and lead project quality meetings to reinforce high standards of workmanship and compliance.
Candidate Profile:
* Electrically qualified with a background in construction quality management or site engineering.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a QA/QC role on commercial or mixed-use building projects (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, public sector).
* Familiar with current electrical installation regulations (BS 7671) and experienced in quality systems and auditing procedures.
* Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to identify non-conformances, resolve issues under pressure, and champion a "right first time" approach to delivery.
