They are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Junior Project Manager to support their continued growth.
Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join an experienced team and gain hands-on exposure to project management in the construction and facilities management industry. The successful candidate will work closely with skilled professionals across project delivery, coordination, and client management on a wide variety of engaging projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and escalate where needed.
Provide support with internal audits, updates, and reporting tasks.
Manage change request documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Help ensure all works comply with relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.
Contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the project delivery process.
What They're Looking For
A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
A highly organised, detail-focused individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with or understanding of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Primavera) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
