A renowned international architecture practice is seeking an Assistant Design Coordinator / BIM Coordinator to join its growing London team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about BIM and digital design, and who is keen to develop under the mentorship of experienced professionals. The role involves close collaboration with architects and designers to support high-quality design delivery across a range of innovative and complex projects.
 
This role is perfect for an Assistant Design Coordinator / BIM Coordinator.
 
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain 3D BIM models, 2D drawings, and schedules using Revit
Support BIM project development, including Revit standards, templates, and families
Integrate and manage workflows between design software such as Maya, Rhino, and Grasshopper with Revit 
Required Experience

Proficient in Revit
Experience working with federated BIM models (Navisworks, IFC formats)
Familiar with Common Data Environments (e.g., BIM360 or equivalent)
Skilled in both 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Maya, Grasshopper, or Dynamo 
Desirable Skills & Qualifications

Degree (Bachelor’s and/or Postgraduate) in Architecture, Design Technology, or related field
Strong skills in Rhino, Rhino.Inside, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and computational design
Programming or scripting experience in Python, C#, C++, or VB
Experience developing custom tools or automated workflows within design/BIM environments
