Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
Produce building regulations and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
Deliver the technical and co-ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful deliverySkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Background in working on projects within the residential sector
Strong UK building regulation knowledge
Job running experience is essential
God technical design and detailing skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
