Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join the team in London (EC2V 7PG).

End: 30/09/2025
Temp role
Timings: 07 AM – 7 PM
Pay: £23/hr
Need to have a Standard DBS – Milti-Skilled engineer as per job description attached. working hours will be on rolling 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm shifts changing each week
Qualifications/Required Experience:
Experience in building services, working within financial / critical environments
Apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance
City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2) or equivalent would be desirable
IET 18th edition would be desirable
City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection would be desirable
Water Hygiene/Legionella Management experience desirable
Ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
Good knowledge of building services and legislation
Have both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
Proactive and enthusiastic Team Player that brings out the best in others
Possesses MS office (word, excel and PowerPoint) skills
Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business
Highly customer focused with a capacity to learn and progress
Visibly demonstrates a "Can Do' attitude that encourages team participation
