Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and delivery of internal compliance reviews across multiple departments and project sites

Monitor and assess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures

Collaborate with the Internal Audit Manager to execute the wider compliance and governance strategy

Evaluate operational risks and implement proactive controls to mitigate exposure
*
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess compliance performance against industry standards

Produce clear, insightful compliance reports with recommendations for corrective action

Liaise with project teams and department heads to support implementation of compliance improvements

Monitor and track progress against compliance objectives and ensure follow-up actions are completed

Skills and Experience:

Qualified Lead Auditor (essential)
