Project Manager – School Refurbishments
Location: Leeds & Bradford

Duration: 12 Weeks
Rate: £290 per day

I'm working with a reputable refurbishment contractor delivering a number of fast-paced school refurbishment projects across Leeds and Bradford during the summer holidays. We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee 3-4 live sites, with individual project values up to £350k.

You'll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, arranging site visits, monitoring progress, and reporting directly to the company director. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised manager who can juggle multiple sites and maintain strong relationships on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of multiple school refurbishment projects

Meet and coordinate with subcontractors across all sites

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Provide regular updates to the company director

Monitor quality, progress, and H&S compliance

Requirements:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally in live school or education environments

Strong organisational and multi-site management skills

Confident liaising with subcontractors and senior management

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness required

Enhanced DBS preferred or willing to obtain
