Freelance Project Manager

I am currently representing a growing main contractor who are seeking to recruit a freelance Project Manager with the possibility of going permanent for a £6m Commercial Refurbishment scheme in Park Royal.

The Role

As the Project Manager you will be No1 on the scheme with responsibility for managing a site team including SM, ASM and QS with responsibility for programme, design and buildability. You will report into a visiting Ops Manager.

The developer for the project is a repeat business client for the main contractor and this particular project has further work to be maximised. Therefore it needs a strong client facing individual with a commercial mindset.

Rate:

£380-£390 pd – CIS/Paye Umbrella
