Resident Liaison Officer – Coventry (Short-Term Contract)

Our reputable Housing Association is seeking a dedicated and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Coventry on a short-term contract, starting 19th June 2025.

About the Role:

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for residents during upcoming housing improvement works. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building positive relationships with residents and addressing their concerns.
Providing clear and timely information about planned works, potential disruptions, and progress updates.
Acting as a crucial link between residents, contractors, and the housing association.
Managing and resolving resident inquiries and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
Conducting pre-entry surveys and post-completion resident satisfaction checks.
Ensuring residents are fully supported throughout the duration of the works.About You:

We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a resident liaison, customer service, or community engagement role, ideally within a housing or construction setting.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A compassionate and understanding approach to resident needs.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
Knowledge of Coventry and its communities (desirable).What We Offer:
