Client Information
Our client is a well-established Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the UK. They are currently delivering a £30m manufacturing facility in South Wales and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations on site. Office located in the West Midlands.

Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
* Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Oversee quality control, progress reporting, and daily site logistics.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to resolve issues and maintain smooth project flow.

Site Manager Requirements
* Proven experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects, including in-situ and precast concrete is neccesry.
* Flexibility to travel and lodge away from home as required.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Site Manager Benefits
* Competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000, depending on experience.
