Our client, a leading architectural organisation, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist and CPD Coordinator to be the welcoming face of their office and support crucial professional development initiatives. This is your chance to contribute to a creative workspace and make a difference every day!

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House Duties: Welcome clients, customers, and guests with a warm and professional demeanour.
Meeting Room Management: Prepare meeting rooms and organise refreshments to ensure a pleasant experience for visitors.
Communication Management: Sort and manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
Office Supplies Inventory: Maintain an inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
CPD Coordination: organise and support Continuous Professional Development sessions, fostering growth and learning within the team.
Office Presentation: Ensure the office is always tidy and presented to a high standard.
Light PA Support: Assist with courier bookings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
Accounts Support: Help analyse statements, file documents, and manage essential paperwork.
Collaboration with Head of Operations: Support on various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, HR admin, social events, and more!

Essential Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities and research skills.
Integrity in handling confidential data.
Highly organised and tidy with strong multitasking capabilities.
A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
Strong presentation skills and a background in customer service.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
