The Role:
Deputise for the Partner and act as a senior client contact across a diverse portfolio
Lead and mentor junior team members, helping to grow capability and confidence
Represent the consultancy at industry events and local networking opportunities
Deliver projects across commercial, education, public and private sectors
Help shape internal culture and support strategic growth
About you:
Strong consultancy-side construction project management background
Confident communicator with a passion for client engagement and relationship building
Leadership qualities with a desire to mentor and develop others
