A brilliant opportunity has arisen for one of the fastest-growing independent property businesses in Oxfordshire, delivering a mix of award-winning residential developments and co-living properties. Established in 2019, the company has doubled in size annually and typically manages multiple projects at once, with values ranging from £30k to £300k. Their project approach focuses on delivering high-quality house renovations on time and within budget, managing all aspects from planning and design through to construction, handover, and marketing.

Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver residential renovation projects from end to end. The ideal candidate will manage planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance while working closely with consultants such as architects, engineers, and interior designers. They’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, overseeing everything from pre-purchase assessments to site inspections, handovers, and sales staging all around Oxfordshire. You will be working on domestic residential projects, houses, HMOs & multi-unit schemes, or co-living developments. Ideally, you will come from a building surveying, quantity surveying, property, or architectural engineering background as the project manager.

Responsibility & Duties

* Lead house renovation projects from start to finish as the project manager

* Manage contracts, timelines, and budgets

* Support land team with design and cost input pre-purchase

* Review and update technical drawings as the project manager

* Coordinate interior design and marketing materials

* Manage contractors and run the tender process as the project manager

* Coordinate architects, engineers, QS, planners, and designers as the project manager

* Act as the main point of contact for all project consultants

Experience & Qualification

* Full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle (expenses reimbursed)

* Able to work flexibly between office, home, and site visits

* Experience in residential refurbishment design and delivery as the project manager

* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying, Property Development advantageous

* Proficient in AutoCAD for updating technical drawings as the project manager
