Im working with an Architechure Firm looking for an Urban Designer to join their London team.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about designing high-caliber residential and mixed-use schemes alongside a team of forward-thinking designers and planners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the preparation of conceptual urban design and master planning work, including feasibility studies, development briefs, design strategies, and related documents.
Manage delegated projects, delivering to deadline while liaising effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Support and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team — mentoring less experienced designers and adding your expertise to collective outcomes.
Provide realistic, creative, and well-informed design solutions for residential and mixed-use schemes.
Communicate your ideas through clear and visually compelling documents and presentations.
About You:

At least 2+ years’ UK experience within a planning or architectural practice, delivering residential or mixed-use schemes alongside national housebuilders or developers.
Urban Design qualification (degree or diploma) recognized within the industry.
A keen eye for design and a strong understanding of policy and guidance related to place-making.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Ability to work self-directed and as a team member to produce high-caliber output under deadline pressures.
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related software.
