Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with one of Londons largest, most respected Developers who are looking to appoint either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to be site based.

Duties include:

* Working closely with Production & Technical Leads to identify and manage risks, scope changes, and the overall programme to ensure projects run smoothly.

* Attending and actively participating in design meetings, ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales.

* Producing and maintaining contract sum analysis and cash flow, while ensuring timely issue of valuations and seeking prompt payments to improve cash flow.

* Managing subcontractor valuations, payments, and final accounts in line with subcontract conditions. Ensuring timely placement of subcontract orders and accurate re-measurement of accounts.

* Reviewing project drawings for potential savings opportunities and ensure compliance with the project budget. Producing buying analysis and manage the timely procurement of subcontractor orders, in line with the agreed schedule.

* Regularly updating procurement schedules to enable accurate monthly reporting and ensure timely issue of CVCs.

* Monitoring changes on drawings, ensuring any cost implications are flagged before work begins.
