Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently
An ambitious and well-established main contractor specialising in high-end residential projects is urgently seeking a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead across two exciting schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, agile team delivering complex structural refurbishments and high-spec finishes in the £1m-£5m range. The successful candidate will commercially manage one live project while supporting another at pre-construction stage.
Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Office-based in Chelsea with regular site visits
Rate/Salary: £350 – £450 p/d
Projects: High-end residential refurbishments
Duration: Direct contract / ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
IR35 Status: Outside IR35 / LTD company payment available
Key Projects:
£4m high-spec structural refurbishment (including new basement and full fit-out (London)
£2m full house refurbishment – currently in pre-construction phase (London)

Duties May Include:
Full commercial management of live project
Supporting second project through pre-con and early delivery
Procurement and package letting
Managing subcontractors
Variations, valuations, payments
Site meetings and client liaison
Requirements:
Must have high-end residential experience
Confident self-starter – able to take full commercial responsibility
Commercially competent and solutions-focused
Comfortable working across projects in the £1m-£5m range
Positive, switched-on, strong communicator and team player
Familiarity with JCT contracts
