An ambitious Building Consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is seeking a personable Senior Building Surveyor who can come in and hit the ground running.
The office is near Waterloo and London Bridge, and the role is hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week working from home (when not with clients), if preferred.
The Senior Building Surveyor’s role
Joining a talented team, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a broad mix of residential projects (public and private sector) carrying out a mixture of traditional building surveying roles and project bias (contract administration) services.
Alongside project delivery, there is a clear opportunity for the Senior Building Surveyor to get involved in business development which will help you progress to Director status.
The Senior Building Surveyor
* Completed a RICS accredited/ Surveying degree
* MRICS would be ideal, not essential
* Previous experience working for a UK Building Consultancy
* Residential project experience
* Personable character
