About the Role – Head of Installation
As our clients newly appointed Head of Installation, you will take full ownership of the installation department, with responsibilities including:
• Leading and overseeing a team of co-ordinators, surveyors, supervisors, and administrators
• Recruiting and managing top subcontractor installation teams across the UK
• Ensuring the correct crews and access equipment are allocated to each project
• Ensuring compliance with key certifications such as IPAF, CSCS, PASMA, etc.
• Organising and attending site visits, reviewing and planning for new and won projects, and carrying out on-site
audits
• Building and maintaining relationships with reliable core installation crews
• Upholding exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring consistent project delivery

• Confident, driven, and unafraid to take ownership and make decisions.
• Extensive leadership / management experience within managing signage installation and project delivery
• A proven and effective people and installation manager
• Organised, commercially focused, and proactive in their approach
• A confident communicator with a strong client service ethos
• Experienced within leading national teams remotely with confidence and clarity
