Senior Project Manager

This is a client-facing role ideal for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys variety, leadership, and driving high-quality delivery across complex refurbishment schemes.
The Senior Project Manager's role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead hospitality-focused refurbishment and redevelopment schemes from inception through to completion. You will take full responsibility for ensuring projects meet financial, quality, and programme requirements, while also mentoring junior team members and coordinating closely with internal cost and H&S departments.
The Senior Project Manager will liaise directly with clients, design teams, owners, and operators – playing a central role in project logistics, buildability oversight, design coordination, and stakeholder communication. Regular reporting and risk management will also form a key part of the role.
The Senior Project Manager
The successful Senior Project Manager will ideally have:
A degree in project or construction management from a UK university
Chartered status with RICS (or equivalent) and significant post-qualification experience
Proven experience delivering hospitality sector projects within a consultancy or professional services environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work independently while motivating and leading teams
Strong technical knowledge and project planning skills (MS Project, Excel, Word)
A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for innovation, sustainability, and client engagement
Full right to work in the UK and willingness to travel nationally
