About the role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the commercial success of projects from start to finish. Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, you’ll be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and client relationships – helping to maintain the high standards the business is known for.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment

* A strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial processes

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* A proactive mindset and passion for delivering quality construction projects

* Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
