Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)

Avolon are proud to partner with a trusted mechanical and electrical contractor delivering high-quality services across the commercial, healthcare, residential, and public sectors. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Junior Electrical Project Manager / Assistant PM to support the delivery of electrical projects from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical installation projects across various London sites
* Supporting senior project managers in managing labour, materials, subcontractors, and site logistics
* Attending project meetings and liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
* Ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Monitoring H&S compliance and supporting documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
* Previous site experience (ideal for someone coming off the tools) or a relevant academic background in electrical engineering or building services
* Good understanding of electrical systems and installation processes
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow and learn
* Ability to travel across London and attend the South London office regularly
