Senior Architect or Architectural Technician job is now available to join a vibrant practice based in Surrey. The position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000, along with hybrid working. The role will involve working on a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, and education sectors, with values typically ranging from £500,000 to £5 million.
Based in Surrey and working across the Southeast-including Hampshire, West Sussex, and London. Role & Responsibilities
Take a lead role in the running of projects across all stages with a particular focus on stage 4 onwards.
Developing client relationships
Develop inventive design solutions
Working on the production of technical drawing packages
Taking personal ownership of projects and being the point of contact for the project.
Liaising with other team members, contractors, and third parties on a regular basis
Producing accurate, detailed information
Attending site.Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in the relevant sectors in the UK
Ability to work independently
Ability to work on later technical stages is essential (Applicants ideally should supply a Portfolio highlighting 1.5 drawing examples)
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and Revit ability highly beneficial
A technical test will be part of the interview process
Experience of running projects and experience of onsite delivery
Ability to deal with design issues, finding innovative solutions
Love of architecture and keen to embrace new techniques and technologies
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues,
