Project Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple pub refurbishment projects across the UK, with individual values of up to £3 million.

Working with a well-established main contractor, you’ll be based out of the Bristol office, with nationwide travel required to manage live sites and client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality refurbishments for a national rollout programme.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and manage pub refurbishment projects from pre-construction to completion

*

Create and manage programmes, ensuring works are delivered on time and to budget

*

Oversee compliance and ensure all health & safety regulations are met

*

Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors

*

Attend site and client meetings, reporting on progress and performance

*

Coordinate with internal teams and ensure quality control across all projects

What You’ll Need:

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager in pub, hospitality, or retail refurbishment

*

Strong programming and project planning skills

*

A sound understanding of main contractor duties

*

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred
