Henry Martin Group has recently been instructed to recruit 𝙓2 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙧𝙨 for a 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, supporting the delivery of two 𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 in the 𝗢𝘅𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮, which are valued at £𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗠+ & £𝟭𝗕𝗡. Ideally, you will have experience working on structural packages or working directly for a specialist frame subcontractor.🏗

🧬 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝟮:
𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 £𝟭 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀.

🔧𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
· Take the lead on client change management, working to maximise value throughout delivery.
· Manage client valuations, ensuring full and timely payment certification each month.
· Own forecasting across labour, plant, materials, and staffing for your work sections.
· Oversee a selection of subcontract packages: steelwork, drainage, utilities, and specialist earthworks/temporary works.
· Provide ongoing commercial support and forecasting to ensure budget control and performance.
