We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in delivering high end residential & commercial schemes up to £5m value. Due to sustained growth they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to work from their office in Guildford, working alongside the Directors and oversee both the Surveying & Estimating functions.

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, must have experience with Estimating although the company can assist with this and must be based within an hour of Guildford. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to £70k.
