About the Role

Are you a driven Associate Director ready to lead large, complex projects across sectors such as commercial, hospitality, leisure, retail, and residential? This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, national travel, and exposure to diverse projects.

You will be responsible for delivering projects end-to-end, building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and mentoring junior staff. Managing budgets, ensuring quality, and championing innovation are key parts of the role.

What You’ll Bring

Professional Qualifications: MRICS or MCIOB qualified with solid industry knowledge.

*

Project Experience: Proven track record managing medium to large projects (£5m–£50m+), ideally with hotel and leisure sector experience.

*

Technical & Commercial Skills: Strong pre- and post-contract cost management, contract negotiation, and commercial acumen.

*

Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.

*

Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationally and adapt working hours as needed.

*

Driving License: Full, clean UK driving license for site visits and client meetings. 🚗
